    I JUST RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT, AND IT IS THE GREATEST GIZMO EVER. VERY EASY TO USE, ALONG WITH BEING VERY FUNCTIONAL. VOICE RECORDER MP3 AND 2GB USB, ONE HAS IT ALL WITH A FUNCTIONAL INK PEN TO BOOT.

    I PURCHASED MINE THROUGH HOTTEST DEALS EVER, (AMAZON)AND I THINK THIS COMPANY IS JUST AWESOME. I CAN’T SING THEIR PRAISES ENOUGH, THEY WERE FAST, PACKAGED WELL, AND DID EVER THING JUST RIGHT, I EVEN RECEIVED A FREE GIFT. I WILL TRULY BECOME A RETURN CUSTOMER, BECAUSE I CAN BUY FROM THEM WORRY FREE.

    I have returned the first one as it did not function at all . I am in the process of replacing the replacement geek as I was able to turn it on ,however ,it would record. please advise

    I purchased this item a couple of months ago. As another customer’s review stated this item is a piece of junk. I could never charge it and the light indicator NEVER went off when charging for about 24 hours. Anything that small does not take that long to charge. It never worked even if it tool a small charge, so I left a negative feedback on this item and the company (HDE) has sent me several emails asking me to change my rating (remove it actually) and they will send me a $3 refund for my trouble. I will never purchase anything else from this company and that refund is a slap in the face.

    If you plan to purchase anything from Hottest Deal Ever (HDE) via Amazon, I recommend you understand “caveat emptor”. It seems HDE is an Amazon company; however, I am not exactly sure of their relationship when it comes to customer complaints. I did file for relief under Amazon’s A-to-Z Guarantee Program.

    I purchased a 3-in-1 Geek Pen: 2GB, USB, MP3 & Voice Recorder for 39.95 plus shipping. The product was either defective or a piece of junk…not sure which because it would not take a charge nor would any of the various lights come on as visual indicators of it various modes of operation.

    I was told to return the product in the original packaging marked return to sender. I did exactly that and I watched my mail lady put it into her mail pouch. So from my prospective I mailed the pen back to HDE. Naturally, they have never received the unit even after three weeks. So I am out 40 plus dollars. It will be a cold day in hell when I order anything from Amazon if HDE is the ultimate provider of the product.

    Beware of HDE, remember caveat emptor, or you may become a ripped off victim as I have been…
